Sophisticated view on monetary policy - let's make real interest rates less than zero. (yep, this is what reducing the Fed rate by 3% would amount to).

Run economy white hot. Burn baby, burn.

These dudes are not in control of their cognitive faculties.

What does it actually think that the Fed's mission is? What does it consider the definition of credibility to be?

Unfortunately the Fed is like most government agencies. Inefficient, bloated at over 24,000 employees. They need to shed a lot of personal, quit spending billions on renovations and concentrate on their base mission.
