U.S. Consumer Spending Slows Sharply as Labor Market Weakens, Tariffs Raise Inflation

That’s a triple whammy if ever there was one .

They wouldn’t dare downgrade , they’d ( the corp in its entirety ) be deported, exiled, and imprisoned on treasonous charges.

The economy may not take a stagflationary turn with rapid growth due to energy production and less government regulations...[my thoughts]

This is called CLS Chicken Little Syndrome.
1. Tariff increases will NOT be passed along to consumers like YOU think. WHY? Market Share! How many companies operated at a LOSS for YEARS but they did it to gain market share and investment money. Any company losing money and market share gets killed on the stock market.

2. The tariff's are now being absorbed by the company producing the good(s). WHY? Because if THEY don't pay the tariff the USA company will shop around to find a country desperate to do the work - remember something called competition?

So please stop writing DOOM & GLOOM crap that you don't even know will occur!

Oh Fitch.....don't you DARE lower the US credit rating amidst this August lull..............the bottom will fall out.
