Even the inconvenience of a fact that would be apparent to most, specifically that the voting by the FOM COMMITTEE was 9 For, 2 Against, not 6-5, doesn't deter the myopic bullying nature.
The more he rants and sulks about it, the more bond vigilantes will want extra insurance against future rates of inflation via higher rates, either now or as May 2026 nears.
Surely someone in the WH staff understands that and can choose the right moment to capture POTUS' attention for the right second of his chaotic focus.

As said... the Fed can't move due to the debt market instability. Debt market probably won't crash if the Fed continues by 25bps here and there, however anything more aggresive will send rates the other way just like it was the case with prior cuts. Too loose for too long was a huge mistake. The Fed didn't even come close to dealing with inflation. This won't end well...

US is in the Danger Zone of getting isolated from the rest of the world... BRICS can easily over take the USD Swift System, and have their own monetary systems and trading block. China got the Technology, NVIDIA CEO is Chinese (Taiwan). the rest got the Oil and the wealth and consumer markets. US citizens are migrating out, and no new Brain is moving to US.
