If this was genuinely a global rebalancing attempt then the administration would not have succumb to China, its main rival so easily .

Let me clarify the meaning of this sentence - at one time, America thought of creating a group called NATO so that it could rob other countries under the pretext that NATO protects you - in fact, NATO member countries must pay for the equipment and America must provide the equipment - now that NATO's tools have been shown to be weak compared to other countries that are not NATO members, here Trump says, they put their hat on us - But the fact of the matter is that the same people who founded NATO put their hats on everyone's heads, even the people who were responsible for building new equipment saw this as an opportunity and took full advantage of it - but why does she now want to blame others?
