Even with the economy firing at all cylinders it can not stand on its own legs and need substantial capital injections. My goodness, where is this ending.

Not about helping a real economy grow based upon equity creation, but about an insolvent banking system loaded up with bad assets.
Only one economic model is in effect for CB's that being growth via debt assumption. This determines monetary policy.
