Hello to all Forex Factory members! First I'd like to say I'm honored and privileged to serve this great community in the Website Coordinator and Moderator capacity. I work along-side seven other Website Coordinators to ensure that Forex Factory remains a peaceful and productive Forex trading environment. As the sole Moderator at FF, I'm responsible for interacting with and helping senior members, as well as enforcing the three FF rules via the infraction system. The infractions part is not always pleasant, but the joy of interacting with the senior members makes my work days positive and entertaining!

I'm originally from a small town in the northeast of the United States. In high school I excelled in football and track, and I was nominated 1st team All-State, and All-American Tailback in football. My high school experience was similar to the movies 'Varsity Blues' mixed with 'Dazed and Confused'. I learned the valuable lesson that anything can be achieved through hard work, focus and vision.

I went off to a scenic, but highly disciplined military college in the southeast where I learned what 'Southern Hospitality' was all about. Military school was tough and I didn't always like it, but it was instrumental in my individual growth as I gained a sense of honor, chivalry, integrity, and duty to something bigger than myself.

I left college to gain perspectives in life back in the northeast, then landed right back in the south where I had an incredible opportunity to jump into the dotcom rat-race. I was a co-founder of a successful Internet company where I learned the ropes of running a business - it was an incredible, wild experience that really changed the way I looked at the world. After a few years the company was sold and I headed out to California with a few good friends.

As a small-town, wide-eyed young man, I eventually found interest as a counselor at a premier residential drug and alcohol treatment facility in Malibu. This is where I gained the invaluable, experiential understanding of human nature. This is also where my spirituality was reborn and the experience solidified the fundamental importance of kindness and compassion toward our fellow brothers and sisters of all cultures, races and creeds. Yes we are all one big family, connected by the extraordinary bond of humanity!

While relaxing in the Malibu sun one day in late 2007 I got a call from an old friend letting me know about a job opening with a financial website. I was immediately intrigued as I began researching the global currency markets and this amazing international community called Forex Factory. Having zero experience with Forex I was hesitant to make the move, but I was assured that my Internet background combined with my mental health experience would be far more important for the job. I kept wondering why they would want someone with mental health experience to manage a website, but a few days after starting the job I understood. ;)

What makes Forex Factory so exceptional, from my humble perspective, is its vast intellectual and international community base. Being a descendant of a multi-cultural background, I have a great sense of pride to see our forums boasting some of the most intelligent, gifted, focused and driven visionaries from all over the planet. This unique concentration of these bright and diverse minds have accelerated the evolutionary process in developing methodologies, systems and trading concepts, and it will be these same bright minds that will continue to shape and steer the future of FF and Forex trading.

It is a truly awesome and gratifying spectacle to see the great number of people collectively working towards the same common goal for personal freedom and prosperity. I will forever be honored and appreciative to be a part of something this great.
