The one major thing that I see is that you have 3 buffers defined but you've set your indicator buffer properties to 1.
#property indicator_buffers 1 should be 3
The TDI indicator is working perfectly. Being there is no debugger in MQ4 you will have to resort to Print statements.
Add this line right after the two indicator lines:
Print("TDI_4c:"+TDI_4c);
and then click on your Experts Tab see the values that it puts out.Ignored
I was looking to change it up a bit and just use the TDI (red/green cross) and the stoch as a confirmation. It seems that I get it to place an arrow on every bar that the TDI (red/green have crossed and been crossed with the Stoch). I wanted to ask you how to code it so that it alerts/arrow when it is crossing on the current bar? I know it will have some times of repainting but it isn't for an automated system but just a heads up.
I found a Stoch crossing indicator but the TDI ones I have found are very complex for me. Is there an easier way to do this? Where it only plots an arrow when either cross and the other confirms?
Thanks for the help and coaching. Happy New Year!
