I think that meant close stop loss. So stop is near entry.

You'll hear all kinds of things here, some worthy and some not. Maybe you should ask the person who posted it directly. I can't image all banks following one system and therefore buying and selling at the same time.

It's a bearish bat (not butterfly). CD leg has a projection and then a reversal. We are in the CD leg now. Remember the pattern is on the 5 min chart so weight is not as strong.

I'm in short 1 entry at 95 and will add as it goes up. This should not go much higher than 233.12. Stop at 233.30.

So is triple interest going to prove that it's all in the charts? Will this pattern complete? Price should fall on completion and scaling-in is the way I do it (so I'm in).

I don't think my broker pays triple interest. Must be a spreadbetting thing. Can any UK traders confirm?

Here is my revised DOW chart. Friday or Monday is D-Day. Looks like we are heading to retest the high. There is a chance it could break it but I'm banking on a failure.

I don't see a wedge, only a symmetrical triangle. Someone mentioned a wedge but didn't point it out.

This is what I'm thinking could happen. It's on the 5 min so weight is not strong but could complete around DOW close or rollover. Short entry at 233.12 should it print with stop at 233.30. Breaking 232.30 will invalidate the pattern and confirm ...

Until 232.29 breaks, there is still potential for this to return close to the line up to 233.12. That would be a nice short entry for me otherwise breaking 232.29 should serve as confirmation.

Symmetrical triangle lines have been adjusted. Someone mentioned a wedge on the 4h.... where?

OK, I'm just playing the line for now and looking at action on the 1 min. There's not a lot to support either case but I am thinking the line will act as support now. Small risk on my part but as always, when I'm +50 I will take an entry off and ...

Down? I don't see it going that way. I'm long from 233.02 with a stop at 232.77 so risking my scalping profit.

It doesn't look like the bulls will give up easily on that line. It's fairly ripe for a break so I wouldn't be surprised if it does fairly soon.

Seriously though, check your statement.... perhaps you didn't enter your stop correctly? You should be able to see past orders and stop levels.Auslanco - GBP/JPY and GBP/USD (newstrade)

Lets see what the line brings. I will be looking for reversal and continuation patterns. Until then, a couple of nice scalps will do. +20 on the first one.
