ok, one question - will these modifications affect the performance of the indicator or not? I mean - will it show signals on much different candles or I will get the alert exactly where it should be

I know, but when I do the same thing with other patterns (with those in which shift=2) arrows with text under and above the candles are moved by 1 bar to the right... so it's not in its original place and alert occurs later...
