When would you have entered? Yes, since the ZZ is a discrete version of the continuous stoch, it only prints a new leg once a high is the highest high or a low is the lowest low within the lookback period.

Yes, basically. But remember, it was just a quick fix. I think that the other way may be more worth to consider: Trade with the trend and enter whenever a retracement is identified (first trend-opposite signal in shorter-term ZZ). If the first order ...

Dear BTB, I already know about TZs and have studied it a while ago, too. However, I never came up with something tradeable. What I read between your lines I think you're talking about mid-TZs? However, the blue/yellow/red zones shown in your ...

Well, there's a difference between moon and mars: Mars has an atmosphere, the moon hasn't. And the mass of the mars is bigger than that of the moon ... What does it tell you about the existence of dust on the moon? Nothing, he?!

Hi AO, please allow to ask some questions: I basically means, that most prices are often returned during the lifetime of a day, doesn't it? This somehow reminds me on Eurusdd's "transience and recurrence" - no worries, I don't think that betting on ...

Maybe you could explain it and we can continue our discussion from here ... In a subsequent post I've replied: "Or how would you trade different ZZs with different settings within a TF? The general idea should be clear: Since the ZZ (when a high ...

How do you define "hard trending markets"? Do you just use a ZZ (i.e. if the trend length > average, then there's a hard trend)? And moreover: How do you deal with these cases where a leg is the final leg (a leg does not repaint; see image below)? ...

Although I agree with the subsequent post (to that I quoted), I can't agree with this since I think it will just take a bit more time until we're bankrupt. In my former post I asked a question (and although it isn't a rhetorical one I haven't found ...

Exactly. But one question remains: How to overcome the trade-off between winning-percentage and risk? Although I know of strategies with 90+ % wins, the losses that we have to accept will eat up all gains. Maybe you may shed some light on it (for ...

Thanks a lot for your prompt reply! I'm just curious since I've investigated that shit too long. The idea Eurusdd shared in the first pages works good as long as the main trend (trend on higher TF) doesn't change. but once it changes, you may see ...
