mihazupan1 replied Jun 21, 2010If a currency appreciates it means that you have to pay more units of a foreign currency (USD for example) for one yuan in this case. The problem here is undervalued RMB and as a consequence, increased Chinese export. For example: you go to China ...
What does it mean by Stronger Yuan?

mihazupan1 replied Jun 21, 2010It's definitely going to be interesting but in my opinion Greek crisis (or Euro crisis if you want) will prevail over RMB appreciation (but it might affect certain sectors). It certainly won't affect it as much as US IMO.
