I know emmanuel doesn't use them but I like Stop orders so I would have had a Sell Stop 5-10 pips below the 1st red candle which I don't think the 2nd candle would have hit. Yes, you miss some pips but safer and more conservative. p.

My buy stop was approx. 10 pips above R & just below a prev. S. If this had been real money I would have either not traded or would have had the Buy Stop at 15-25 pips beyond. Kind of a test run I suppose.
