You're indeed correct. When I entered, all was going up, but I should have waited to the candle close to confirm it. As you can see, it was not confirmed and turned the other way.

thanks k! I'm just experimenting with several instruments. On gold and others I only trade 1D, and the pairs I trade 1H/4H or perhaps 1D, are few (I started monitoring like 8000 pairs lol)

very nice trade sj I didn't see that, but it would have reduced the huge losses I took today. Althought looking it better, the tdi-mtf 1D does not confirm down movement, so perhaps I wouldn't have entered anyway.
