Alpari demo account has the same conditions (spread) as Alpari Pro account. To open Pro account they require minimum deposit $20K. Their regular account are also good but not as good as pro. Keep this in mind.

Good advice to start with EURUSD and USDCHF. There is strong correlation between these pairs and it's very comfortable to hedge your positions. Specially with NFA regulated brokers.
