I went short G/U at 1.9940 looking for 40 pips if it breaks the DP I'm looking for 1.9830 if it breaks that than 1.9750 1.9700 only time will tell

I think this is partly caused by the markets being priced in for the fed to rise rates either next month aug but instead the fed say it will likely leave it only for most of this year. the price will fall but I don't really think it will go that far ...

Yeah I expected to see a bigger push up when I saw the news for the pound I was really looking to long it but I think we will see G/U test the DP at 1.9837 and I got the 1h 50 ema at 1.9810 ish a close on the 1h below those and I go short on G/U set ...

yes I know but I was just giving an example of the math. 20 pip stop might be ok for scplaing E/U. but you'd get bashed on geppy and to do quick math I arvg a pip to be a $1 because a few cents off doesn't matter that much to me.

say you start with $1000 2% is $20. so with a mini lot a 20 pip stop loss is a 2% risk or 2 mini lots at 10 pip stop loss etc
