To pick between shorting USDJPY or EURJPY. Maybe you need to look at EURUSD. If EURUSD is bearish, pick EURJPY, vice versa, it it's bullish, pick USDJPY. Hope it make sense.

Actually I did enter on the first circled rotation. But price didn't move down as expected, and it's wandering around as if making a high base. So I was lucky enough to be able to escape with a 2.6pts profit. And I entered again on the 3rd circled ...

Short DOW, Fibo retraced to 0.786, not nice, but nice rotation at the structure. Don't expect a 1 to 1. Expectation is a retracement. Let's see how it goes.
