Hi I do the same mktjong, i use the the 15mn strategy and check where the price is compared to the cloud. I also take care of the steep of the kijun/tenkan. when both are pointing one direction i use it as an entry point

Yeh 231.20 area seems a good point for the bears. Convergence of an old support line, 100sma and bottom of the kumo cloud. A close below these lines will be interesting but the support @231.00-05 is getting annoying.

I won't go long neither. When i look at the daily UJ, ichimoku shows me a bearish signal. Last time i saw that bearish signal, the pair went down 300 pips, and so did GJ So i'll guess i"ll wait until i see a clear signal
