I think most people know Americas AAA rating is under threat already. At least this statement gives America some time to put something on the table, and a ratings cut will not come out of the blue. Just my thoughts.

Not yet I feel. Retesting the 1 hr 200ema right now, before moving further north towards the 4 hr 200ema. The GU is retesting the 1hr 55ema before moving North towards the 1 hr 200ema which is sitting almost exactly on its 4 hr trendline. Just my ...
