the way I do it: a) if MT4, File --> Save as Picture --> Active chart (as is) .. save the chart on ur PC. otherwise "Screen Capture" the picture --PrtSc button -- and save it on ur PC in Paint b) upload to image hosting site like www.tinypic.com ...
