Thanks jdcompute, My understanding is that the uptrend was still intact with the arrows showing higher highs and higher lows and the red horizontal line needed to broken for a trend change, but I could be wrong. Joel what do you think?

He had suggested that he looks for 1:1 RR, so your profit target is the same distance as your stop loss.

Since point #2 and the pullback to 1.3555 area happened after the swing low was taken out, those are not considered as swing points. I hope my understanding is right
