Yes, I did. According to them the account activation and administrative fee's are two different things. I went ahead and paid it. Also checked on you tube and found out that the admin fee has nothing to do with account activation fee.... time to ...

I passed the Take Profit Trader 150K Eval today. There was suppose to be a no activation fee but they sent me an email that I would have to pay a "ADMINISTRATIVE FEE" of $130 ...crazy
