I would call them back, that is an unacceptable answer imo. I have 4 open positions with them at this time. If I can not depend on being able to close them when I need to then there is no reason to remain a MBT customer.

well if your broker is gmt+1 why would you put 0 in the gmt shift?? put 1 for gmt shift and leave start time as default...(2300) It is 2300 for a reason.... Read the first post again, it will explain the reasons for it.

I would say 25 minutes is indeed a long time.. I am with MBT and they also have a downtime each day at 1700 EST but it is only for a few minutes, like 2 or 3.. 25 minutes is out of the question imo. Like you I am considering Dukas just to get away ...

I have a resting sell that just came within a nats a$$ of being hit.. on that last down spike.. I agree with TAH that it may take a while for this to play out, but we never really know... never mind that I'm in short.

For sure the .2700 area has shown to be significant historically. Zoom out, check out a long term weekly chart maybe, to get the big picture .. A good position taken in this area could be a biggie... jmo

V.16 on 2 demo accounts. Both with MBT . One on my home computer one on VPS. Home traded and VPS did not....vps showed 1 thumb up and 2 down.. Home all up, all arrows up. Trade functioned as expected. no errors noted. Both same parameters. 2 order
