According to Craig Harris with the Tokyo channel, if the channel is more than 40 pips on the GU the swings will be big...The channel was 95 and wallah...there you have it... big swings.

WOW! I tested Craig Harris' natural flow today on the GBPUSD... Put a short in @ 1.5279 and look how the GU is falling. Day only started and I'm 60 PIPS in positive. I think I might take the rest of the day off.
