thats very odd, when a platform freezes on an operating system is 100% from the operating system and pc it operates from, it has nothing to do with the servers

when you guys say platform freeze, do you mean the platform simply lost server connection and it says down there on the lower right "no connection", or the platform literally freezes in your operating system, and it says "not responding" ?
