I took the trade and it was just minutes before NY open on Friday Sept 25. I've been trading using 200 moving average (and price) for years. This is somehow different but it works. Actually, I use metatrader as a guide only. I was lurking on this ...

I put an stop buy/and sell in oanda - no problems. Actually, I have an open long order (oanda ) and I just place a stop short order, no problems. That is aside the normal stop/limit order. Seems like an interbankfx "rule".

Feb. I hope you don't mind me going off subject for a while. I am still wrapped on looking at more than one timeframe. Would you expand a little more about your views on timeframes, please? Thanks.

A good idea for trailing stops is using a chandelier Indicator - Chandelier stops. Here's some charts and the indicator. PD: leave the default parametrs.

Navin What I like this most about this sstrategy is that you can play both sides of the coin. If you get stopped, just go to the oposite direction. Pretty neat. It's like a wide moving average.
