Yes, red lines are exact entrys. You enter your trade on the open of that candle where the red vertical lines are.

I only tested during my trading hours from about 6-9 am EST. The other pairs may be more affective during there session opens. I will leave this up to you to figure out. As for me I will be sticking to just the EURUSD, GBPUSD and USDCHF.

This has not been resolved. I have yet to see another signal paint late. I've only seen it happen once since over a month ogo on the 1 hour time frame. This is not very worry some to me since it's rare.
