Question is has wave 4 already ended at 10/15 or are we near the end of a wave B of a larger X-wave which I think is unfolding. Either way I reckon complex correction is almost finished and substantial move down coming up.

Good chance she does because this is probably the last chance to prepare the market for a december 15th rate hike. BTW 3 month treasury bill is now yielding 0.22 so a rate hike is largely priced in and Janet will take this chance to do it.
