If I wasn't already in a trade I would wait to see what it does with the monthly and yearly pivot down around 204.50. A break and close below would give it room to drop more. Just my opinion, I tend to trade conservatively.

there really isn't anything in mt4 to read data or web pages directly. As others have suggested a DLL could do it for you, then parse the data and store it in a csv for mt4 to read.
