It could as well drop down 200 pips within 15 minutes - you know EJ can do it. EJ can be very profitable, but also can be a real bitch

it's not revenge trading. It's more about seeing that you did for example 5% profit and you can't even buy a candy for it. It just makes me feel that If the amount is so low it's not worth trading.

yeah, but the way you trade is too risky imo and the only reason why you succeeded recently was overleveraging and luck. take a look at last month's winning trades and loosing trades. most loosing are more than 2%, most winning are less than 1% ...

I thought your s/l is 3.6% loss - now I know why you don't know what discipline is ;-) you should lower down your risk to 1% anyway - it would mean lower position size, but less worries and you'd be safer imo

take a look at my today's trades list: I had 3 loosing trades, and I left for the day. none of the looses was bigger than 1% and I left for the day as I obeyed my rules - this is discipline for me - type of account has no difference here

all depends on your mentality. for me demo helps a lot. true that it's not same as trading real money, but I'd rather to test on demo amount I intend to invest in this market
