Of course it's not! The trendlines are just what they say - TREND lines. They help tell what the current trend is and I never trade against the trend (Well sometimes I try to speculate turning points) I always look for price action and news as well ...

I think the oil is the key. Until the oil starts to go up, the dollar and US stocks will rise (unless there are some big bank failures). After the oil starts to go up, the dollar will go down again.

The price broke the long term trendline I mentioned yesterday. If it keeps going lower then this might be the turning point for eurusd. One thing to think about is that it might be that bad US news are already included at the price but bad EU news ...
