Indicators cannot open trades ( you have an EA ) however I guess it could be altered to open trades on a signal, what sort of signal??

Try using OBJ_RECTANGLE_LABEL it is a lot more flexible to use than using Webdings for backgrounds.

You are still looking in the wrong place - Open your MT4 platform and follow the advise you were given previously or look on YouTube there are plenty of videos showing where to find the MQL4 folder and how to load indicators and EA's.
