Its all about risk sentiment, If American news is good, people like to take risks (more advanced than that but lets go with that for now) and pairs like AUD, CAD, EUR go up in line with US Equities.

I withdraw a relatively small amount on monday and its been processed and its all good, don't know what the trouble is unless you are not on Oanda Europe and that might be the problem but im only speculating.
