Can't expect the Graunian to believe any positive news. They're only happy when indications are against the UK economy. These "green shoots" need encouraging not vilifying. As the economy begins to grow we will all benefit even Graunian journalists.

If/when the French sort out their labour relations and allow flexibility of employment then matters will improve. Until then France could well become a new PIIGS member. That will do the Euro no good at all.
