After thought ... The above Flat Top Cloud is longer today than the 02-26-09 cloud, so another bounce may happen to bring the kijun sen higher before resuming the bullish breakout.

Similar setups (Feb 26, 2009 & April 2, 2010) ... so far similar results ... I think price will return to equilibrium (blue kijun sen line) and then resume the bullish breakout of April 2, 2010.

I'll say it again as an Ichimoku trader trying to learn intra day trading here ... as of April 2, we are in a bullish break out over a large flat top cloud. The bull wants to run, but it won't leave the barn before bending down and kissing the ring ...

I don't know. The more it bends down; it looks more like the Butt-Moon Shot pattern.

What I see on the Daily Ichimoku. A similar setup can be seen from Feb 26, 2009, a kumo breakout over a long flat top cloud. 1) 2 day drop from 141,5 to 133.86 2) 2 day bounce up 97% ... we are near this now 3) 110% drop over 5-7 days 4) Followed by ...
