It depends on the time zone of your broker. For example, IBFX would give you 4H candles at GMT (I think) wheras North Finance for example, at GMT+3.And, no, you cannot do anything about it. Hope it's clear.

I am checking 15mTF with this method plus MTF 14,3,3 stoch for periods 15,30,60 and 240 minutes. Looks really good. Have not traded today due to connection issues, but I will do so starting tomorrow. Don't know if this is what you had in mind cryten
