For uptrend must be above 50 level. Above 80 lv means strong trend. So...Rsioma and 21/100 stoch must be above 50 lv. The direction doesn't matter,only location. You only want direction when you're timing your entry.

I think it can work but not so much to move. Looking at weekly the price is at resistance and H1 RSIOMA is stuck at the ceiling (overbought).
