Dukascopy is about as close to a central exchange as you will get in my opinion, offering liquidity through Currenex, Hotspot FXi, Lava, and their own list of banks (SWFX). I have not found anyone that offers more liquidity than them, just my .02

That's not very much, during the Asian session I usually see well over 150Mil on each side with Dukascopy, during London and NY it can be over 350Mil per side.

You can get it through any currenex prime broker or white label partner. The problem I have is that Currenex alone only has about 1/2 to 1/3 of the liquidity as Dukascopy, but that aside I do not know which executes faster etc.
