As for me you won't find free excelent trading journals. You can try to find it here or on other forums like fxbook and babypips. But there're many people who just try to sell their signals.

Best free trading journal

Oh it's hard to say is it bad to trade when you're sick. If you're feeling really bad, maybe yes it's better to relax. But if it's only cough or sore throat. It's not a reason for me don't trade.

Trading when unwell
