I think that 15m is too short timeframe to looking the waves from farther. I take the "last" possible wave. I don't know is it right or not, but I think it's more quite.

I think this indicator called as ZUP. Google it, there are several versions of this indicator, I don't know exactly what is the newest at the moment.
