Right now I am experimenting with 0,7,4,3,0,1 for the 1HR and the one you mentioned for the 15 or 30m. I am reluctant to go with lower settings because of too many false entry signals on the 1 hr.​

I agree the 15m may be a little noisier but your R/R can be much better if you are using swing high or low for s/l. ADR probably doesn't matter.

I always use two ash indicators the way you are using them although I do not agree on using stock settings on the higher ASH because it gets you into a trade too late. I tweaked mine. The setting Robinho suggested for the current timeframe works ...
