Does this explain why Gold and Silver didn't make new highs? If it's anticipated with more easing shouldn't they hedge against inflation?

It's confusing for me to see the correlation these days. CAD remains strong even Crude drops, could be the capital flows as you said.

If the FED in FOMC this Friday comes out with QE or another form of stimulus, USD may take a beating and push AUD higher.
