I just use this atr projection indicator which is pretty accurate most of the time. The first line is 80% of the projection and the second line is 100%. You might need to change the colours it uses if you have a black chart.

+100 on EUR/NZD this afternoon, nice move up on h1 tdi coincided with it closing above the resistance line I had there, h4 tdi was also moving up.

They are circular if you have synergy bars on there or heiken ashi bars thats how they look when you have those types of candles. If you just have normal candles on there they will just be arrows.

It says in the indi "Requires 'TDI_RT.mq4' is installed" so if its not installed in your indicators folder I've attached it here. It doesn't need to be on the chart just in the indicators folder.
