      it's amazing how many times I've hit the buy or sell button and then realised that I'm standing in front of the train instead of getting on it... I get run over much less now... I treat every loss as a lesson i have just paid for... I evaluate it ...

      not sure you see the H4 as being higher timeframe but earlier today the current days high came out of the 50 fib zone I didn't notice it at the time... I tend to take a top down approach...drilling down the timeframes to find an entry image
