I don't think this is correct. Cloggie explained it few days back. Generally, with equities up, US$ is down. Likewise, a weaker US$ drives commodities up.

If that is a 5m chart, be careful jumping to conclusions on divergence. Also, from around 5.30 am on your chart the dx seems to be printing slightly higher lows, and the macd is following surely? Or am I missing a point somewhere?
