I think what Kevin meant by "target " structure was not price target for his trade. It was the "target zone" as mentioned by George. It was the swing low you can find on M15 chart.

After reading Blue's post I think you're right. Order management is not that critical for George's way of trading, at least for George. He could use a conventional stop loss instead of hedging and still be successful.
