What broker are you on? Most brokers widen the spreads by 10-15 pips and you get screwed with this strategy. Aldo sometimes it will whipsaw and fill both orders causing you to lose double the pips.

Use the time function. If the last bar time is not equal to the current bar time, then it is a new bar.
