I think you misunderstood the strategy... CCI must cross -100 from above and +100 from below In your USDX picture CCI is about to cross -100 from below which is not a valid trade.

Your CCI line is yellow? If yes..i see that has already crossed also starts to straighten and CCI candle is green..so it might be a false signal.
