Most retail brokers have their little cheats. I find the brokers that massively widen spreads during news so orders get triggered just because of the wider spread more annoying.

I'm no expert on brokers, but i think different brokers use different strategies to profit. Like you say they know most of the traders will lose money.

It's hard to give a definative answer. It depends on the time frames you want to trade. Mostly I trade daily and weekly charts, but usually get my entries from the dailys. A lot people here seem to prefer much smaller time frames. I think it is down ...

I agree. The biggest thing that fuels the FX market is interest rate speculation. It's a good idea to learn how what drives interest rate decisions.
