I don't use the RSI for divergence but more for overbought/oversold reasons. The stochastics is a decent indicator for seeing a change in direction which I think will suit you more.

The daily has shown a bounce off the 200 day MA like I showed yesterday forming a bullish candle. The daily & 4H stochastics both pointing up so your 1.56 is highly possible as long as you are patient I suppose. Best of luck.
