Phil, don't be frustrated. Maybe you should change your method. To be honest, I don't see exactly what is your entry/exit strategy. What are those moving averages? Do you use them? Also, 5 ticks is too quick, imho.

DE30 is CFD. To be honest, for me this is only playing with words. In my point of view the important thing is this: 1 unit (pip/point/tick/whatever) move = $1 with 1 lot.

Do you mean that today range on DAX was ~20 pips (200 points)? Or DAX has no pips just points? Good to know ... But, pip is pip, point is point, $ is $. Happy weekend to all!

DAX, good question ... I think there is 1 pip between 10733 and 10734. Today range was 210 pips, IMHO.

Those are pips. 370 pips = $370. DAX: 1 pip / 1 lot = $1 EURUSD: 1 pip / 0.1 lot = $1

For me the two levels (1,4,5,6 and 2,3) are the main levels, they are drawn by larger formations, the "+1 level" is an intermediate level. Of course, intermediate level is level too.

I only focused the most significant levels, but you are right, there is a (less significant) level between #6 and #7. For me it is at @688-689.
